Everything on this site describes the services we offer in general terms. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contract, and nothing on it creates a client relationship.

Any actual engagement — scope, specification, pricing, lead times, payment terms and liability — is set out in a written proposal and contract signed by both parties. Where anything on this website differs from a signed contract, the contract governs.

We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that the site is accurate, complete or current. Product categories, capabilities and process descriptions change. Project descriptions summarise work we have delivered; they do not predict what any future project will involve, cost or take.

We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

The content, design, brand name and marks on this site belong to Alegix Impex LLC or are used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services.

You may not:

• republish, sell, rent or sub-licence any part of the site
• reproduce or copy it for a commercial purpose of your own
• use our name, logo or marks without written permission

Third-party brand names appearing in project descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify work we carried out. Nothing on this site implies endorsement by, or partnership with, those brands.

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems it runs on, interfere with its operation, or scrape it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including lost profits, lost business or indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This clause concerns the website only; liability arising from work we are engaged to perform is governed by the relevant signed contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
