This website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds nothing from anyone else, and has no forms. If you never email us, we never learn who you are.

Nothing that identifies you, and nothing that persists on your device. Specifically, the site does not:

• set cookies of any kind, including for analytics or advertising
• store anything in your browser’s local or session storage
• load fonts, scripts, images, video, maps or widgets from third-party services — every file comes from this domain
• use analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or advertising technology
• contain any form, so there is nothing here for you to submit

Because there are no cookies and no tracking, there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to consent to or opt out of.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel records standard technical information when a page is requested — typically the IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. This is used to serve the site, keep it available and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Our email address is published on this site so you can contact us directly. When you do, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and details about your project.

We use that only to reply to you, to discuss and deliver work you ask us to do, and to keep ordinary business records. Our mail is hosted on Google Workspace. We keep correspondence for as long as we have a business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal record-keeping.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties that handle it are the providers that run our infrastructure — our website host and our email provider, named above — and only to the extent needed to run those services.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email info@alegixpartners.com and we will respond.

Since the website itself collects nothing that identifies you, any request will in practice concern correspondence you have sent us.

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we add anything to the site that changes what is collected — analytics, an embedded service, or a form — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
